My name is Tony Endelman.

I am the founder of The Integrated Man Cave and Integrated Man University.

I am a certified meditation trainer.

I am certified in the Psychology of Happiness, having learned from Dr. Tal Ben Shahar, one of the world’s foremost experts on happiness and creator of the most popular class in the history of Harvard University.

I spent a year working for Neil Strauss, transformational journalist and New York Times bestselling author of The Game and The Truth: An Uncomfortable Book About Relationships.

I am also one of Dr. Robert Glover’s certified No More Mr. Nice Guy coaches. Dr. Glover personally asked me to write a book (coming soon!) that covers all of his teachings over his 30-year career as a marriage and family therapist, a coach, an educator, a motivational speaker, and a seminal figure in men’s self improvement. Dr. Glover gave me unprecedented access to his vault so I could write the book. As such, I am quite possibly the world’s foremost expert on all things Dr. Glover (excluding Dr. Glover himself).

I am proud to call Dr. Glover both a mentor and a great friend. I am also proud to say that I have coached hundreds of Nice Guys in both one-on-one and group settings, and have helped many of them radically transform their lives.

Oh, I should also mention that I’m a recovering Nice Guy. In fact, I was a Nice Guy of disastrous proportions. And not just around women. I was a Nice Guy in nearly every facet of my existence. It was pathetic. And I was miserable. But at some point, I decided to take charge of my life.
