Wild Woman Sensuality is a 10-day online program with embodiment coach Rachel Pringle as your guide.

DAY 1: Reclaiming Your Power
Your journey begins by opening up your physical body, so divine feminine wisdom can flow freely through you. To achieve this, you’ll gain powerful techniques for releasing stagnant energies and lingering traumas from deep inside you – including the Pyramid Breath tool, and a guided meditation for releasing old energy.
DAY 2: Awakening Your Sacred Power
Once you’ve become more open to receiving and channeling, it’s time to access your inner power through a combination of breathwork, meditation, and voice release practices. By the end of this lesson, you’ll feel a profound sense of empowerment, energy, and euphoria from deep inside you.
DAY 3: Harnessing Your Sacred Masculine
A woman’s mastery of masculine energy is important, because it allows your feminine energy to feel safe and flow freely. Here you’ll use the Box Breathing technique to create a strong auric field for your masculine energy – and in turn an unshakable sense of safety, spaciousness, and surrender to your true self.
DAY 4: Cultivating Your Sensual Power
Now it’s time to let loose, as you call in and begin enjoying your pure sensual power. You’ll be guided through invigorating hip rocking and breath exercises that bring you into an instant state of visceral sensuality, where your fullest capacity for creativity, sexuality, and inner wisdom awaits.
DAY 5: Amplifying Your Sensual Power
Are you ready to turn up the volume? Now it’s time to harness yoni breathwork and mantra meditation to enhance and circulate your sensual power throughout your entire body. You’ll feel your body becoming more sensitive, allowing you to tap into more subtle realms and receive divine feminine wisdom from these spaces.
DAY 6: Forgiving & Owning Yourself
Forgiving yourself is an essential step to trusting yourself. Here you’ll be guided through a Mirror Work technique that gives you direct access to your soul: and the opportunity to heal any pain, self-blame, or trauma that may be holding you back. You’ll experience a profound sense of self-intimacy and connection as you go through this.
DAY 7: Dancing With Your Darkness
Your shadow is an integral part of who you are: and rather than shying away from it, here you’ll learn how to alchemize it to further brighten your power, connection, and self-love. Among the tools and techniques you’ll gain here is a sensual Self-Worship dance that swiftly melts away shame and self-judgment.
DAY 8: Worshipping Your Self
In case you needed a reminder: you are a Goddess, and you are absolutely worthy of your own adoration. Here you’ll focus on movement-based self-worship techniques that deepen your love for yourself, and allow you to savor and melt into your potent Shakti energy.
DAY 9: The Self-Love Meditation
The sole focus of this lesson is an immersive Self-Love meditation that imprints your entire body with breathtaking physical, emotional, and spiritual love. A sparkling sensation of healing, harmony, euphoria, and adoration will wash over you, as you learn to honor yourself on a whole new level.
DAY 10: The Wild Woman Radiance Ritual
The final step of your journey is a unifying sensuality ritual that merges everything you’ve learned into an uplifting and permanently lasting reverence for your body, your being, and your soul. As you celebrate your ascension and awakening, you’ll set the stage for a lifetime of authentic self-expression and self-love.
