Stephen Houraghan – Brand OS Print
A brand strategy can look impressive in a presentation and still fail to influence what a business does next.
Positioning statements, audience research, messaging guidelines, and offer documents only become valuable
when they guide real decisions and consistent action.
Brand OS Sprint is designed to address this gap by helping brand strategists and consultants install a structured operating system
that connects strategic decisions with execution.
Developed by Stephen Houraghan of Brand Master Academy,
the program takes a practical, implementation-first approach to organizing brand strategy inside a system built with Notion.
Rather than treating strategy as a document that gets completed and handed over,
Brand OS Sprint encourages users to build an environment where decisions inform priorities, priorities become initiatives, and initiatives translate into specific tasks.
The process runs over 21 days, with approximately 30–45 minutes of work per day.
The objective is to establish a usable foundation for managing a brand and carrying its strategy into ongoing work.

What Makes the Brand OS Approach Different?
Traditional brand strategy projects often follow a familiar pattern: research the market, define the positioning, develop messaging,
and present recommendations to the client.
The difficulty comes afterward, when the client must decide how to implement those recommendations.
Brand OS Sprint takes a different direction. It focuses on the infrastructure needed to keep strategy active after the initial planning stage.
The system is designed to help users:
Establish clear strategic decisions instead of repeatedly revisiting the same questions.
Connect brand positioning with messaging and offer development.
Organize strategic initiatives according to priorities.
Break larger goals into manageable tasks.
Maintain a clear view of what needs to happen next.
Reuse a consistent operating structure across different brands and client projects.
This makes the program particularly relevant to professionals who already understand branding but want a more systematic way to translate their thinking into action.
What You Have at the End
By completing the installation, users are expected to have a working foundation that includes:
A core Brand OS installed in their Notion workspace.
Foundational brand decisions documented and established.
A structured flagship offer.
Initiatives and tasks connected to strategic priorities.
A 14-day execution runway for continuing the work.
Two foundational strategy models covering brand strategy and offer strategy.
The Core module is intended to function as a complete operating system for foundational needs.
It is also designed to provide a base that can be expanded as a strategist’s practice and client requirements grow.
Brand OS Sprint is the entry point into a broader system that includes additional modules known as Grow, Scale, and Legacy.
These extensions are intended to support more advanced strategy work over the brand lifecycle and are separate from the Core installation.
